The Rise is simply a mutative characteristic of goblins. When enough goblins gather to co-exist, they emit a magic that turns the flora wild and the fauna feral. The forests produced by such an occurrence are beneficial only to goblins. Other races are unable to reap productivity from these goblin-touched lands. Goblins do not possess the power to control whether or not this ability works. The Rise will only manifest when a group of eight or more goblins live in close proximity to one another for two weeks.
